Before

I left my hideout in Big Bear Lake California on 19 January 2001. The American Airline flight from Los Angeles reached Prague in the Czech Republic the next day. After five days of exploring I continued the flight on down to Istanbul Turkey where I commenced a leisurely seven week tour of that wonderful country. Then, I got an unintentional "vacation on the Isle of Rhodes for a week before finally making my way by air to Cairo on 25 March.
